Which network will I use?

Depending on the plan: Telkomsel, XL, Indosat and Smartfren, with 5G where available.

Will it keep working if I cross a border?

Yes, if your plan covers the next country — for example Malaysia and Brunei. It switches network by itself when you arrive. A Indonesia-only plan stops at the border.

Can I keep my own number?

Yes. Your main SIM stays on for calls and texts; this eSIM only handles data.

Can I use ChatGPT, Gemini and TikTok?

Does it work in Bali?
