These terms apply when you buy or use a Pakyo eSIM. By placing an order, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

A Pakyo eSIM is a digital mobile data plan (and, for some local plans, a phone number) for the destinations and period shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

Coverage, speed and network availability depend on local carriers and can vary by location.

Your device

You’re responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy. Plans can’t be used on devices that don’t meet these requirements.

Delivery and activation

We deliver your eSIM by email, usually within minutes, and it’s available in My eSIMs. Most plans start when your device first connects to a network in a covered destination; some plans start when installed. The product page states which applies.

On most plans, days are counted in 24-hour periods from activation; the product page states any exception. Unused data or days expire at the end of the plan.

Third-party apps and local laws

Whether an app or website works depends on the plan’s IP country and on the app’s own rules, which can change without notice. The app availability we show is a guide, not a guarantee.

You’re responsible for using apps and services in line with the laws of the country you’re in.

Fair use

Plans are for personal use. You may not resell them, use them for automated or bulk traffic, or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend a plan that’s being misused.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

We aren’t responsible for losses caused by network outages, local restrictions or services blocked in a destination. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the plan. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.

Website content

The text, price data (including the eSIM price index), images and design on this site belong to Pakyo Pte. Ltd. Please don’t copy, scrape or republish them without our written permission. You’re welcome to quote small parts, as long as you name Pakyo as the source and link to pakyo.com.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

This policy explains what personal information Pakyo collects, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

Your name, email address and order details; the device and destination information you give us for support; and basic usage data for your plan, such as data used and activation time.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We don’t store your full card details.

How we use it

To deliver your eSIM, show it in My eSIMs, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. With your consent, we may send you offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to provide your plan: our network partners, payment provider, email delivery and hosting services. We don’t sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then we delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to marketing, by emailing support@pakyo.com.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it.

eSIMs are digital products — nothing ships and nothing is returned. Here’s when you can get your money back.

Qualifies

The eSIM was never installed, and you ask within 30 days of purchase.

You were charged twice, or the wrong plan was delivered.

Generally not eligible

The eSIM has been installed and used.

Your device doesn’t support eSIM or is carrier-locked.

The eSIM was deleted or moved to another device.

Local SIM cards (such as KDDI, EE, Telus, Unitel and Singapore local 5G), once issued. This is marked on the product page.

How to request a refund

Email support@pakyo.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number, the email you bought with, your destination, your device model and what went wrong.

While we look into it

We may ask for screenshots of your settings or error messages — never passwords, one-time codes or card details. Please don’t delete the installed eSIM while we check.

If approved

If an installed eSIM won’t connect, we’ll troubleshoot or replace it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
