Questions about Afghanistan

Which network will I use?

Depending on the plan: Etisalat and Roshan.

Will it work on my device?

Most devices from 2019 on support eSIM, as long as they aren’t carrier-locked. Our device check takes a minute.

Can I keep my own number?

Yes. Your main SIM stays on for calls and texts; this eSIM only handles data.

What country will my IP address be in?

On every plan here, UK. Apps and websites see you as connecting from there — that’s why ChatGPT or TikTok work on some plans and not others. Most eSIM stores don’t tell you this. Apps can still change their own rules, and local laws apply where you are.

When do my days start?

When you first connect in a covered destination — not when you buy or install. Install it the day before you fly.
